Themes don't seem to work

Downloaded a few themes but all that seems to get applied is the wallpaper. Any thoughts?

Winterboard has to be installed m8, then open that up and select theme !!

I can't be, what do I select? Also is there anywhere else to download themes other than the few on cydia..?

Changed settings from winterboard to summerboard and the themes work now. All sorted now I guess.... Could do with knowing where to find more themes other than the dozen or so on cydia... Also how do u go about buying the featured themes on cydia.?

There's plenty themes on cydia m8, if you want to buy the themes, do it via paypal.

Can you point me in the right direction for themes m8, I can only find the few themes on cydia home page.....

open cydia click on sections, scroll down to themes addons apps complete etc etc etc
