Is there a way to recover a delted video on iphone 4?

can anybody help , i accidently deleted a montage ive been making for ages, i deleted it last night and need to know if theres a way to get it back, ive tried numerous programs with no good outcome, ive searched all the iphone forums here and can't find anythink, can anybody help. thanks in advance. ive got an iphone 4 16gb running iso4.0 jailbroke..

Looks like youre gonna have to download that Premium ~~~~ Vid again!!!

are you sure the phone never backed it up to itunes when you done a previous sync, if it did you only have to restore the phone from the back up and the video will be back on the phone again.
