Is upgrading the firmware worth it ?

Hi guys,I currently have a iphone 4 on firmware 4.0.1 with the jailbreak me exploit and from the off has worked perfectly.

Is it really worth upgrading to 4.1 and jailbreaking via limera1n or greenpoisen? What would i be gaining ?
Just seems like alot of hassle having to install apps and features from cydia.
Also if i upgraded to 4.1 and jailbroke again would i lose all my installous apps ?
Also please note i dont need to use a unlock..

Looking for any advice or opinions ??

i upgraded mine and i not gained to much and it was a bit of hassle it crashed during up grade and i had to use umbrella to get it out of freezing still cant get picture messaging to work

As you don't need update is up to you,.. like you already said,... you'll just have to install all again,... to gauin some extra function (expect to loos unlock on locked phones),.. NO no need to update!

I'm on 4.01 and not intending to upgrade to 4.1 anytime soon. My iPhone4 is running sweet...Folder Enhancer,Dock, and many more tweaks working smoothly together...If upgraded I would loose most of my tweaks as they may not be configured to run on ios4.1..I shall wait a bit longer maybe for the shatter exploit in the next jailbreak..?

im having issues with my i phone4 getting cydia to function correctly
im at the point where im thinking of doing a restore via itunes
would it be ok to get the firmware i need from i tunes directly and then do the restore using the downloaded firmware ?
i cant find the firmware anywhere else 4.0.2(8a400)
will this affect me jailbreaking the phone again using limerain ?
any info much appreciated
