Give phone a reboot, see if volume is the same.
Probably best to put it on loudspeakear or use earphones if you want to hear it better ?

This is for people who are worry about opening hole within iphone by jailbreaking.

First of all your phone is already vulnerable to hackers as soon as you switch it on because apple has never and will never be able to patch all the holes that already exist in their iOS.

For all of you who remember Jailbreakme.com this definitely proves how silly the iOS4 was when it first came out and it was hackers from the jailbreaking community who found it, exploit it then patched it and thus did Crapple a big favour and to all those who own an iDevice.

I can go on and on and on but I'll let you make your own judgement if Jailbreaking is good or Bad for you!!!

Good Luck and hope this helps.
