guys get it in the pirate bay or bt junkie its best to download the ipa file and just store it on your computer it takes ages to download via instalous anyway.

western europe does cover the uk but the file size is 1.6 gb.

Just download from the links I provided on your computer.... Use winrar to open any file... Open iTunes on your desktop, click into the apps folder, drag and drop the tomtom_uk.ipa file. Resync your iPhone. Job done.
This has got to be easier than the arsing around with installous. If you know how to SSH into your iPhone you can this method as well .
