invalid IPA

Greetings,

I was wondering if I can find a sollution for my problem on digital-kaos...

I'm a iphone user for a few years now, and I've always had my iphone cracked.
First I had the 3G, than the 3GS and now I finally have the Iphone 4 in my hands for a few days.

But there is a problem.
I jailbreaked the iphone like I did my 3GS running on 4.1, easily with GreenPois0n.
When I've downloaded an app with installous and I try to install the downloaded app it says: "invalid IPA"

Can somebody help me with this because I've tried using other sources than hackulo buth even that doesn't work...
I've never had this problem on the 3G or the 3GS?!

Try to use a different crack, other than the one you tried, you can sometimes get invalid ipa if the crack has not been written properly

What do you mean with a "different crack".
The problem is like this: when I downloaded an app on my 3GS like tomtom europe for example, there wasn't a problem at all.
Now, when I download the same file, on my Iphone 4 that is also jailbreaked on the same way as my 3GS and I download the file with the same program, called: installous, it sais: "invalid IPA"

Something to add maybe,
I have the "invalid IPA" problem with each app I try to install after downloading with several different installous programs...
not only with tomtom. Please Help?!

this has been happening a lot on instalous recently so just download the app from the pirate bay or bt junkie and keep it on your computer.

I know but there has to be a way to do it without the computer.
That was just the big fun off it...
I think it may be something with the iphone 4 never had it with the 3GS.

Last week I had it with every app that I tried to install.
This weekend, without a reason, I could install some apps that where giving the invalid ipa message before...
But still there are some stubborn apps, who keep giving the invalid ipa message...

im getting this problem on my stepsons iphone 3g
seems to be happening with a lot of games that he is downloading,is there any way round this without using a pc ?

Its because the iPhone 4 has an ARM7 architecture...3GS Arm6.......basically alot of old IPA are not optimised to work with iPhone 4...when someone cracks an app using their 3G iphone, that app will not work on the iPhone 4 regardless what it says in iTunes. Apps cracked using a 3GS will work on the iphone 4.

Edit: Oops a bit pissed when I wrote the above...You have to try and download apps that have been cracked using either an iPhone4 or 3GS if you own an iPhone4. Apps that have been cracked using a 3G iphone will not work on a 4G iphone.
If you get invalid IPA again try again on a different download.

Ok I aunt drunk if you read the post the problem is with the cracked file you have downloaded!!!!! Simples try other file or if u want to make sure download cracked for iPhone 4 on pc for now. The instullous data base gets updated every day and a iPhone I'd in other words what iPhone the file is cracked to run on is in the pipeline

why do i want to download app for iphone 4 ? its a 3g im having problems with not my iphone 4

unisntall app sync 4 et reinstall the 3.2 or 3.0

i thought they were just bad files incomplete or something.
