does anyone know how to get JB apps to appear in the game centre..?

I dont think you have to to anything. All my JB Game Center apps appear in GC without any extra tweaking.

You made sure you got the latest version which support game centre? Which iPhone have you got? I think there is a problem with games not showing up when using it on a 3G.

Same as mine mate. I have no problem with my Installous Game Center Enabled games showing.

All games up to date? Some only recently got Game Center compatability.

i've managed to get in, i didn;t have 3g so i think it was just timing out..
