    ios 4.2 jailbreak

    hey all,
    just got an iphone 4 and have jailbroken already but i see there is a new ios 4.2 with tracking of the iphone included i really would like this feature but wondered if i updated would limera1n jailbreak this ios ?

    i dont need to unlock the network just jailbreak.

    any advice much appreciated

    just set it all up on 4.1 no probs fkin apple liars said it has to be on 4.2 on there website haha

      limerain will only work on os 4.1one of the reasons apple constantly update their iphone software is to shut down previous jailbreak software-ie limerain.

        Its not worth updating to 4.2.1 firmware at the moment with iphone 4 as it will be a tethered jailbreak...You can use Redsn0w 0.9.6b4 to jailbreak.

          you need a mobileme account for the iphone tracker to work

            yeah i left on 4.1 and setup the mobileme account and works great

                ahh so its free on 4.2 but am unable to jailbreak mmmmm think i'll wait a while longer
