Which is best limrain or green poison

I have an iphone 4 on 4.1 firmware & i wont to jailbreak it which is the best jailbreak to use limerain or green poison and whats the diffrence. Do i need my internet on when i jailbreak my phone aswell

limerain is easier to use
you need internet to instal cydia which is needed if you want to do anything after the jailbreak.
