you will need to re jailbreak
have you updated cydia ? make sure you have a network connection and update

Try re-install or update installous first.then make sure Cydia is also updated....maybe the things you download need newer firmware?therefore new jailbreak? Like cablefree says

Reinstall your version of installous from Cydia. Make sure all dependency are loaded with installous. Good luck

dependancy loaded with installous? I just remove
and reinstall..don't know what you mean by that.
don't know whether install the new deb file into it play a part of
the error using iPhone browser..and sync cracked games/update original apps with iTunes too.just wonder what when wrong.

just open cydia ,let it load fully, then see if you notice any numbers on changes at the bottom of screen,if so click and update..if not etc... go on manage,packages,installous,modify,re-install....

              see if that works

reinstall modify many times until give up , and when adding souces like appstorefree,sinfuliphonerepo,xsellize..all got errors saying : sub-process/bin/bzip2 return an error code (100)..you people know what thats?
now the api error permission denied gone, already can download
think what i did was not a correct way : because i use limerain and i deleted the file so tried to load again but cannot load..tried greenpoison to load...also cannot...probably all these reboot restart or whatever wipe the api error off? i'm not sure too..haha...worse come to worse just restore and re jailbreak.
thanks all brothers for your help in suggestions
but the adding souce error still there...

Use Cyfix from Cydia.to get rid of the error message if it bothers you.

                    hi bros...
till now... the installous 'API permission denied' still occured once a while.
probably after shutdown and restart back.
and i reboot few times under sbsetting and it came back to normal.
