I live in wigan, I have an iphone 3g 16gb iphone, I need the back cover replacing but looks too difficult for me to do, also the volume up button is not working, is there anyone on here that could do it for me

i've done loads.. the first one is a bit complex, you need the right tools and a good guide... first one took me about an hour, now i can do them in about 10 mins

shop around mate theres plenty of folks fixing the iphone nowadays for reasonable prices.
google your local high street shops and ask if they do iphone repairs or if they can put you on to someone.
