Source error

hi all...
Don't know how come when adding source this error will show up : sub-process/bin/bzip2 return an error code (100)

only recently that i encounter...anyone know what when wrong ?

Could depend on source,also have you got cydia upto date,check for updates

Load Cyfix from Cydia....it needs to run in MobileTerminal.... this should fix it

cydia version : 1.0.3366.7
whenever add source got that error...source never add.
but when in cyfix , saw that source...
right now only 3:
ihacksrepo,repo666.ultrasnow.com and telesphoreo tangelo.
when starting cydia..only ihacksrepo got update changes.
sources that i added got error..xsellize,cydia.hackulo.us and others...shouldn't be right?
once delete the source and can never added again..
possible to reinstall cydia?
