What cable and where to buy

Can someone tell me what cable this is and where to buy.
I was told this a cable for jailbraking iphones.
Maybe someone can confirm.

On all the iphones ive jailbroken, ive just used the safari browser and enter: JailbreakMe

Had no failures so far.Although to be fair i havent tried the new iphone 4.

Like the previous post states, you normally just use the standard usb cable that comes with the ihone.

that only work's on older firmware the jailbreakme.com think it was 4.0.1 or below

You don't need any kind of "special" cable for jb or unlock ,I smell bullshit,just your USB iPhone lead is needed.
What iPhone have you,also what iOS you running,and what baseband???.
