loss of ipod content from itunes store

hi
i copyed and pasted all songs from my iphone to a memory stick then put them back in to itunes on a new pc.
when i click the songs it says file can not be found.
i realise ive probably lost all my songs but the stuff i bought from itunes store is also missing and not showing up in my account, does anyone have any ideas what i can do to get back the purchased albums..........and may be the stuff i put on myself....

i should of started the above post as....
i copyd all my itunes music from my old pc to memory stick, then to new pc....

contact itunes. its happened to me before and i was able to retreive all the stuff i had bought via itunes.

when you purchase through itunes i think its up to 4 devices you can save the tunes too.

i have all mine backed up to an external hard drive.
