could i replace my games (with my currect levels) from my ipod touch 4th generation to my iphone 3gs without losing my score from apps like : the smurfs, jetpack , temple run ... ?

You can transfer the games across using the same iTunes account but it would be a fresh install of the game or app I'm afraid. -

maybe you could auto-sync via itunes all your files and refresh the files of your iphone 3gs, i don't know wheather it will works or not, but you could try and then tell us the results
