Itouch 3G 3.1.3 won't jailbreakme.com

Anybody know why I can't jailbreakme. Tried several times

what happenes when ytou try to do it?

the wallpaper of jailbreakme comes up and then the iTouch reboots. i go back to jailbreakme and it says there was an error try again. Then keeps doing it over and over again..

have you connected with itunes at all? did you downgrade to 3.1.3?

It's not my touch, it's my cousins. Spirit is ok on 3.1.3 and 4.0.2 on 3rd gen touch.???

3.1.3 yes. 4.0.2 no

Just use the spirit JB for 3.1.3.

4.0.2 can only be done in certain circumstances.
