I have downloaded and installed GreenPosi0n i now have cydia installed on my ipod touch but what do i do now to get the free apps can anybody help please.

All sorted now -
i found out how to get free apps. once you download Cydia go to app cydia search for installous to download apps. from Cydia you also need to download AppSync for your OS (my one is 4.1).Comment
