hi bought my daughter this for xmas and trying to sort it out for her,can any1 send me a link on how 2 set 1 up as i havnt got a clue,i switch it on and it just comes up with a picture of a wire and a disk saying i tunes,any help woul be most grateful!! many thanks

u need in install itunes on a pc and connect it and then it will open up m8

thanks for a quick reply mate,after i downloaded the itunes set up it says this installation package could not be opened,contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package.

are u using a mac or pc ?


right click on files and Run as administrator

it brought up i downlod bar and only got 2 green bars then went off,ill pass it 2 a friend in work 2moz,as i dont wont 2 brake,thanks for trying 2 help out!!

managed 2 sort it,i had downloaded for mac instead of windows!!!
