help with Mac powerbook G4

I start the notebook G4 and the screen is white nothing happening.

I think I need startup disc for it please any help well appreciated.

Have you try to reset the pram ? Sometimes it works. I know my response may be useless since you asked it in April and we are in December

Sounds like a dead hard disk. Any noise?
