Nintendo 3ds questions

hi everyone, thinking of getting a nintendo 3ds on its release day but have a few questions first, can anyone give me answers please:-

1, can i get r4 or any other cards for them to enable you to play downloaded games on it.

2, can i play downloaded games on them direct from the sd card by putting one in the slot.

3, if i download a movie and put it on the sd card will the movie play in 3D.

4, ive heard that nintendo can tell if your playing pirated games on it and can render your 3ds un-usable if you do so, is this true.

acecards2i's are supposed to work but i wouldnt bank on it.

no you need a flashcart..

i have heard this too,
there is a thread on here about that...
my personal opinion is that even if they could detect it, they would not be able to remotley disable your console.
might invalidate your warranty though, but then again how could they prove it?

a supercard ds two works on the ds3d put you cant put 3d games on it just ds games 3d games arnt hacked yet.
