Hi i get this message when i try to load a new rom on to my son's r4i Cannot copy (filename) or directory is corrupted and unreadable. It does it with different files and files that work on another r4i. Should i save all files and re-format, anyone else had this issue. I could also look for the latest firmware but don't want to do this in case i cock it up completely cheers Donka.

sounds like a ~~~~ed sd card to me.
i would copy everything off the card to pc and format it...

for latest firmware, post as much details about the card as possible including any web addy.
