Will they all fit on?

Hi Chaps.

Just wondering, I have my Acekard2i 4gb, I have about 5 games on there at the moment, I have another 25 waiting to go on, would 30 games fit on a 4gb card?, I very much doubt I would put any more than 30 on, as these 30 games are crackers and will serve me for yonks, and I suppose once I start completing games I will delete them before adding a new game to the card.

yes,

all roms are diffrent sizes and some can be many times larger than others,
some roms can be as small as 8Meg, some are as large as 128Meg
but i would expect you to be able to fit 30 roms on a 4gig card no problem....

once you have put all your roms on, start every game so that a sav file is created.

then put your microsd card into your computer.

then go into my computer.

you will see how much memory you have used and how much you have left.....

to give you an idea i have just checked my 4gig card.


i have 88 files on my sd card.

2 files for firmware
43 games
43 savs

card memory:

used 2.44 gig
free: 1.24 gig

Ah right, good advice Andy, thanks.

Yeah, with the games on and sav on, put the card into computer and hover over the file, yes, it will tell me how much space is taken and is left.

i don't play them myself tbh,
i have a shitty job with long hours, 2 young kids, a demanding missus and an over fondness of the boozer...
don't leave much time for gaming...

i played that braintraining one years ago when it first came out, sort of lost interest in it when it kept telling me i had the brain of a 50 year old....
