yes m8, loads do...
but no 3ds games have been hacked yet, so you can only play the normal ds roms on it.
best card to go for is the acekard2i...

m8, you can use the card you have then,
all you need to do is update the card.

there are many kinds of card can run on 3DS, such as Acekard 2i, R4i 3DS, M3i zero and supercard dstwo, all of them are very popular cards, but nothing of them allow play 3DS games till now.Comment

I recommend the Acekard 2i. It has great compatibility, it's unexpensive, and can be upgraded to work with likely 3DS firmware updates.Comment
