Wood 1.30 Cheats?

I came to the forum because my R4 wasn't loading any games.... I used the search button and found the solution easily.... I cannot however find a solution for this issue....

Where do I get a cheat list for the games I have?
How do I get the cheats to load?
Can I select only a few at a time?

download this, extract it and drop it into the _rpg folder,

then you will see the cheat options when browsing to games.

USRCHEAT.DAT.zip

there is a few diffrent cheat files, from memory this is the right one to use with r4......

I downloaded the file and extracted it, I tried putting the folder USRCHEAT.DAT in the _rpg folder and nothing....

then I tried doing it with just the USRCHEAT.DAT file itself.... nothing

How exactly do I activate the codes? Sorry, I am very new to this I just got the R4 for my girlfriends little sister. I see the games in the list I click Y on the game I want and the Right Bumper to go over I see an area under FEATURES to turn cheats ON... I clicked ON but I don't see a change at all?


Can someone please link me to a guide?

It doesn't go in the _rpg folder alone it has to go in the _rpg subfolder cheats.... I checked it out and got it running :-)

right heres what to do,

put sd card in pc.

open up rpg folder and you should see a folder called cheats.

drop the unzipped file into there

put your card back into ds.

now go into start menu, go into settings and look for an option that says "cheat in game" or summit similer and switch it on.

make sure you save the changes


then browse to games and you use the x and y buttons to bring up the cheats and tick which ones you want.....

you might need to mess around about, this is from my memory which aint to good anymore..

but thats the jist of it.......

There may be some damage to your files. you can format the TF card and install the latest wood r4 kernel for try.
