3DS Roms Dumped

LGC team has apparently managed to dump 3DS roms.The roms dumped are the European versions of Super Monkey Ball 3D and Tom Clancy?s Ghost Recon Shadow Wars. These releases come along with actual release information. Both roms are 2048Mbit (or 256MB), which is smaller than the largest DS rom.And the dumps remain unusable due to a lack of compatible flashcards.

Its a start and the dumpers have said the roms work 100% so they must have a way of booting them on the 3ds otherwise they wouldn't say.

yes i seen that as well,
i thought they had them running on emulators or summit though.......

Even so thats good news it means the roms can be decrypted which means they can also be decrypted to run on flash carts eventually

But for now, they are apparently released and use the file extension .3DS. NFO files can be found in the spoiler tag.

aye, its all good news,
got to say im surprised at the apparent lack of security on these consoles (not that i'm complaing ).

ninty were obviously well aware of flashcarts and it seems the 3ds has been fully comprimised in no time at all.....

you would have thought they would have been more secure......

hi guys is it me being daft or what but i bought a 3DS today as i got the man flu and wanted somethign to cheer me up, i bought it with 2 games and then got home came ont he net an bought a R4i SDHC, i have alot of backed up NDS files for my nephews DSi but cant for the life of me find any N3DS files about..

you still cant play any 3ds games with a flashcart....
depending on what card you have bought, you will be able to play dsi roms on your 3ds console...

im not sure m8, they have been saying the 3ds roms will be cracked quickly since they came out , still nuthin happenin...

im not to keen on r4i cards tbh, (had a few problems with them in the past ), i would have bought the acekard...

same price as the one you bought, but far better supported in my opinion.
