How do I check what firmware my dslite is running 1.4.2 etc... Can't remember,long time since I been in here,cheers guys

power up yer console without a gamecard in then press settings (spanner icon).
its displayed on one of the screens -

i dunno then,
maybe its been updated to 1.4.3 and they have changed summit so you cant check what version its on?
it should just be a case of power on and tap the spanner icon.....Comment

I have 5 dslites here at the mo,most being ours and none can see firmware,can u check on yours?

no m8 that only works with dsi's.
with dslites its quite complicated to find out what version you have, but there is no need all flashcards should work with any dslite.

dslites arent affected by the 1.4.2 1.4.3 updates, sorry i misread your first post when i seen 1.4.1 i automatically assumed you were talking about a dsi...

might just be the contacts needing cleaned,
try a proper cartridge in it and see if that works,
or hold the card right down as far as you can and switch on, see if that works..

Proper cartridge what's that haha, how to clean contacts?, anyway will try real game when I can, cheers barrowman . Think I spent to much time in the iPhone section and left you to it here
