Hi recently updated my dsi ( why I dont know !) and now my R4i card does not workl.I am a real norvice and near clear and easy instructions if there is any solution to my problem PLEASE HELP !!

pretty screwed if its updated to 1.43 theres not a lot of fixes out yet , but hang tight they will come might be a few more weeks . I have a dsi xl and my son updated it to 1.43 and we are in the same boat

Take it easy,can you tell me what kind of r4i card do you have and what the latest version of the DSi console
To my best of knowledge,the r4i gold 3ds card and the r4i sdhc 3ds card had by passed to released new patch to support the dsi v1.4.3,are you sure you have downloaded the right patch

I have the same problem as well. My son's DSi got updated to Ver 1.4.3E.
We have a R4 V1.4 card and I've updated it to the latest V1.44b kernel but the card still doesn't work.

You need to pre-flash your card to v1.4.3 (no matter what card you have) first,and you need to do this on a low version dsi console (lower than 1.4.3 system) or a DSL
R4i Gold,R4i-sdhc have all released the fix files for DSi v1.4.3 system,you can download the fix file from each official website according to which card you haveComment

Yes,It depends which card you have?If your R4i is v1.4,it can't been upgrade.If your R4i card is R4i v1.4.1 and v1.4.2,it supports upgrade patch. If your R4I SDHC card is R4i SDHC v1.4.1 ,V1.4.2 card or R4i SDHC 3DS card,you can upgrade your R4i card in a DSi (must lower than v1.4.3) or DS Lite.If your R4i SDHC card is R4i SDHC V1.4 or older version,I'm very sorry you have to buy a new flashcard.Since R4i SDHC V1.4 AND older version don't support upgrade.
R4i SDHC V1.4.1 v1.4.2 and R4i SDHC 3DS Upgrade method:
1.Download latest kernel R4i v1.44b from here R4i SDHC Revolution for NDSi/NDSL/NDS
2.Un-zip kernel,Copy moonmemo,moonshl2,R4iMenu,R4.dat into root of microSD card.
3.Insert microSD card into R4i,insert R4i into DSi,Start your DSi (must lower than v1.4.3) or DS Lite.

very confused by dsi update can sum1 plss help
i have a dsi i was using a r4i v1.4.1 card(r4i-sdhc) and my daughter updated the dsi to ver 1.4.3e and now the card doesnt work...ive been through loads of forums and done what they said which was to download the new software 1.47b and put it in a dslite to upgrade but when i click on upgrade there is no "start button" only a back button?? does this mean i cant update the card?? thanks in advance :-)Comment

their website is R4i Ndsill Revolution for NDSi/NDSL/NDS - NO INFORMATION provided for the update.
I really do not know what to do please help.
