hi my name is Angie just wondering what to do when downloading games and ds replies with 'savfile not found' errors 'please reset system' please help my daughters distraught and I havn't a clue I cant download similar forum answer thats why im asking again cheers

need some info on what your using to help you.
can u post details of these please...
1. type of flashcard (r4 /acekard etc), be as detailed as you can with anything printed on front including web address.
2. type of console (dslite or dsi) if dsi what firmware is console on?
3. what size microsd card are you using?
can u also been more detail about problem:
do any games work?
were games working ans suddenly stop?
give as much detail as possible and we will try to help..

Hi there its a r4i card with a 4gb SDHC upgrade v1.4.1 revolution for ds (NDSi XL/NDSi/NDSL/NDS)
I got 8 cds with games on them with 2 r4 cards one of them works no problems the other keeps coming up with create new file then sav file not found please reset system and wont allow you to open the game. Its a new card and no games have worked on it firmware already on card unsure what type havnt gotthe card at work with me hope you can helpComment

sounds like the card theat isnt working has old or incorrect firmware on it.
need to know exactly what card it is....Comment

Hi there got it sorted just deleted all the files on the card and replaced them with the files on the one that worked and it is now working fine thanks for your time
