DSi Ver 1.4.2E to 1.4.3

Hi,

Can anyone help?

My DSi is at Ver 1.4.2E and I have a R4i V.1.4.1 flashcard. If i switch on with the flashcard inserted, then I get the following error message: "An error has occurred. Press and hold the POWER button to turn the system off. Please refer to the Nintendo DSi Operations Manual for details."

I have looked on the internet and it seems to be the DSi Ver that is causing the problem. It looks as though I will have to flash my DSi to Ver 1.4.3. Unfortunately, I can't seem to do this, as it appears that I need a DSi that is Ver 1.4.1 or earlier, and I don't know anyone that owns a DSi.

Is there anyway that I can get the upgrade to go, or someway to flash the flashcard to a working version?

1st of all...
DO NOT update yer console to 1.4.3

you might be able to update yoiur flashcard to work on 1.4.2 or 1.4.3 console depending on which card it is.

however you will need either a dsi version 1.4.1 or below or a dslite to do this.

you cannot update your card on your current dsi as its blocking your card and there is no way to rollback the console to older firmware.

you could buy a new pre-flashed flash kit if you don't have a low version DSi/DSl console...
