    dsi and films problem

Hi all, I have downloaded ages ago batchDPG software to convert films for my dsi, I have one problem....On the instruction they say:
Create File named "Movies" on your R4 Card (or other medium used)
Copy finished .dpg file to mem card
    Put in NDS
    Open "Movies"
    Select Movie
    Enjoy

I have an acekard but i suppose this isn t a problem, I managed to convert the film to .dpg but at this point I get stuck. I tried to create a folder on the microsd (named films) and put the dpg file in but nothing happen the dsi do not see the file. If I change the extension from dpg to nds the dsi see the file but get stuck on loading.....
Am I missing something....I dont know if this help but the file that I converted is a cartoon film for my daughter 1hour30mins long.
    Please help
    Many thanks

you need to put moonshell on your sd card.

i dont really use it anymore but this is the one i used to use with acekard,.

    moonshell.zip

(there might be a newer better version out now....)

download and extract moonshell file to root of sd card.

start up console and select moonshell the same as you would a game.
the screeen will go blue and a shit load of writing will scroll down it.

then look for your movie folder and browse to film....
