wen u switch it on the yellow charger light comes on then the screen flashes white n it goes off. i was told new battery but i got 2 and still does the same so i know its the dx all together

Have you plugged in a different charger...That's exactly what my lads was doing and it was because the charger was ~~~~ed and the battery was totally dead. Plugged in another charger and away it went never had another problem
