can i play youtube videos through my 3ds

hi im looking to know if there is some type of proggrame or thing i can use on my 3ds to view youtube videos , i can view picture no bother but not videos thanks in advance

as far as i am aware you cannot watch any video online, but you can convert a video to dpg format and play bia moonshell on flashcards.
