    "init fat succ fat0:" error?

you can read the first half of my quite epic predicament here (and if you can even help with that situation i'd be SO greatful!).

well, i FINALLY got the correct wood firmware that i originally had that worked with my pokemon white game, but when i try to run the game i get:

    init fat succ fat0:/games/pokemonwhite.nds load (fat0: /games/pokemonwhite.nds)fail

i thought it might've just been the ROM but i tried it with another (ghost detective) and it got the same error..

does anybody have any solutions?? i've been trying google for the past two hours but no help.. i've reformatted using the panasonic formatter, downloaded and redownloaded the firmware dozens upon dozens of times, tried googling for different solutions -- this combined with the other problems i've been having with this card, i'm practically at my wit's end! any and all help would be appreciate!

    thanks so much!

EDIT: forgot to mention that i'm working off of the original NDS because my 3ds has the 3.0.0-6 firmware on it which doesn't work with my r4 card.

woods firmware isnt compatable with most r4i cards.
          try the cards own firmware.

          1: reformat sd card.
2: download and extract firmware from here.
          3. try an an older rom for testing purposes.
