R4 upgrade revolution card probs.

It seems a common fault but here goes anyway.
My son has a DS Lite we got him for Christmas from Hong Kong with 130 games on a disk.
I bought a 4GB Sd card and a WIFI R4 Upgrade Revolution for DS (NDSL/NDS) www.R4I-SDHC.COM.
I can?t seem to get the games to run on the DS after I think I have loaded them on the SD Card. I have tried to download Moonshine as I was told that was what was needed to run the games, it didn?t work.
I have read loads on the internet and have just about come to my wits end with it all.
Can anyone help??
All I seem to get is the white screen with a Sd card and Menu or if I am lucky it goes to the loading stage. Its not helped by the fact that I not that good in all the tech stuff so an easy step by step with links would be the best way.

Then someone may help, but you need the firmware on first.
moonshell is more for media not games!
