my kids acekard 2 i has stopped working

keep getting error message when starting up if reformatted his 8gb micro card and loaded AKAIO.1.8.9 software on but still wont work his firmware is ver 1.4.1e also the icon in the start menu says alex rider stormbreaker thq if thats of any use thanks

it it has alex ryder icon then i athink it will only play on a dsi console 1.4 and lower. (might be 1.4.1, i cant remember now)

check if he hasnt accidently updated the dsi.

if you can get hold of a dslite or 1.4 dsi for 5 minutes then you can update the acekard to work on all current models dsi/3ds.

if you have a smaller sd card then format it using panasonic formatting tool for doing update.

Hm, I updated my DSi by accident. Even though I did a factory reset, I think it may have stuck anyway. I'll give this a try and see if it works.
