DS Guitar Grip

Hi All

I have just bought a guitar grip and I'm trying to get it working with my R4 original card that is currently running woods v1.45. The system is seeing the grip but the buttons don't work during game play.

I have tried with all three guitar hero games and different firmware versions with the same result

Any ideas?

I forgot to mention, the grip works ok on my wife's DS. Her's has an Edge card

Further to this, I have now tried another guitar grip and get the same result. Is there a setting I'm missing in the wood menu?

what happens if you put your wifes edge card into your ds with the grip, does it work then?

sorry, i have no idea.
have never used guitar thing..

i have hada look around doesnt seem to be any mention of any compatability problems..

i will keep looking..
