just got 4 of these with 4gb cards,when card is in it says cronicals of narnia,prince caspian,disney interactive studios,if formated the sd card with formater for this site wich iv used loads of times,now when cards in dsi xl comes up with red sd card image and menu,tried diffrent cards from phone still the same,any help would be great thanx

the red symbol means it cant read the sd card/firmware is missing/incorrect firmware.
have you definatly got the right firmware on it? -
tried 3 diffrent 1s v1.50 v1.52.v1.53 no luck on anyComment

it says www.r4i-dshc.com its the same card as r4i v1.4 but in the star where it says that it says 3ds on new cards,i appreciate your help barrowmanandrewComment

no worries m8..
download firmware from here.
extract the files, open main folder then copy the varios files/folders to root of sd card...
might be worth reformatting sd card first..Comment

got it to work but tried a game and it says rom loading failed,load rom errcode=-4 please reset system.Comment

that code normally means sd card needs fortted, but we know you have already done then...
which game was it?
i would try a diffrent sd card if posible,
also try an older game to make sure card is working..
