    r4i card

    Hi was wondering if anyone can help me ? I got my son a r4i card for xmas got a friend to put the game on it for me and all was working fine . he was tryin to connect it to internet and it said up date software and he hit yes with his r4i card in it and it has stopped working dont have a clue how to fix it so ant help would be great thks

    The card has r4gold on front of packet
    sdhc r4i
    Revolution for ds
    (ndsi/ndsl/nds)
    r4-pro
    My son has 3d ds
    And a big thank you

      I believe you will have to put the software from your friend back on the card

        i was sure i alrady answered this..
        maybe it was a similer thread on another forum..


        basically, when your friend connected your console to the internet he updated its firmware.
        Nintendo regularly update firmware on dsi's and 3ds consoles, this blocks flashcards from playing on them.

        some flashcards can be updated to overcome these updates.
        I am not 100% sure but i dont think this is possible with your card.

            not entirely correct,
            firmware 1.4.4 blocked most flashcards, but a fair few have already broken it and updates are available.
