Hi can some one please help me i paid out ?30 for a r4 sdhc 3ds dsi dual-core smart update card for my 5 yr old son he had a ds lite but it broke and he got it up graded to a dsi we put the game card into dsi and there is a pic of sponge bob and when we load it up it says An error has occurred press and hold the power button to turn the system off. please refer to the nintendo dsi operations manual for details. is there anythin i can do to get it working please helpppp
