Hi I have recently bought an R4-i gold unlimited upgrade for the .hk site. though I upgraded my 3DS and it is now v4.0.0-7 and the site hasn't got the firmware to support this upgrade yet. it almost looks as if this site has no longer got an admin.

I tried reformatting my DS, but I found that it doesn't downgrade the version. so I am stuck with a cartridge that I cannot use. is there anything I can do?
it did work fine before i upgraded the console but now it comes up with an error message saying i have to restart the console.
please, any help would be great.
