3ds flash info required plz!

was hoping for some clarity before i fork out for a 3ds for my son.

is it possible to flash the 3ds console using a flash card such the "R4i SDHC 3DS Card for 3DS / DSi / DSi XL"??? so as to play the latest game for 3ds??

also if the above is possible - is it done in the same way as using the flashcards for previous dsi and ds consoles, i.e. downloading relevant firmware and copying to micro sd card???

i got my son a 3DS for christmas, i got the acekard2i works okay but only plays 2D games as there are no cards that play 3D games at the moment. and yes to your second question.

not sure to be honest, i wish there was as my sons 3DS has benn gathering dust in his drawer since january.

i would be suprised to a 3ds card anytime soon.


but most modern flashcards will play ds/dsi games on a 3ds...
