acekard an error has occurred 3ds ver 4.1.0-8E

Hi all. My daughters 3ds will not play games with akecard 2i. It did work fine untill i updated the 3ds firmware to 4.1.0-8E and now i'm the getting "an error has occurred message. I tried updating the card on a dslite and still get same message. I formatted the sd card also and tried it a few times but no joy. My son also has a 3ds with an older firmware and card works no problem in his. Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks

axekard will probaberly need updating,
what icon does the acekard show up as on the console?

The icon that is showing is Prince Caspian mate i did try updating the card on a dslite and it says the update was sucsesfull but the error message will not go away.

well thats the latest version...
should work on your 3ds...

all i can suggest is fomatting the sd card,
then reinstalling a fresh version of the AKAIO 1.8.9 firmware.

just have the _aio folder and akmenu4.nds file on the sd card...

see what happens

or even try a diffrent sd card if you have one available.

Tried what u said with a different sd card but still no joy. I have 2 cards and they work no problem in my sons 3ds but neither work in my daughters (error message) the cards did work great in my daughters untill i done the update.

strange...

4.1.0-8E must be blocking flashcards then.

the acekard update is for 4.1.0-7E, but the 4.1.0-8E update is not reported to be blocking flashcards....

need to have a google around, see if anyone else is having issues...

Yes got it working. After doing a few searches on various forums i DL this update file Acekard | AK | AK+ | AK2 | AK RPG | AK2i | Acekard 2i | Acekard 2| NDS Flash Cart | www.acekard.com | Acekard official site | http://101.gs/d2teu4a and card is working great, the icon i have on 3ds screen is "Deep Labyrinth Digital Bros"

i just checked the lads card and that's was his is now...

i cant remember ever updating from the prince one..

must be losing ma mind..
