    Nintendo 3ds ver. 4.1.0-8E an error had occured

    i have a problem with this firmware i am using R4i-SDHC 3DS flash cart on my nintendo 3ds my firmware on my 3ds is 4.1.0-8E and when i try access this flash cart a message comes up saying

    "an error has occurred. press and hold the POWER button to turn the system off. please refer to the operations manual for details"

    i updated to the latest version on the website (R4 R4i SDHC Revolution for NDSi/NDSL/NDS R4i Cards R4 Cards) and it still does not let me access the flash cart.

    is the any solution can someone help me please???

      you will need to update on an older console

              go to the web address on the card,
              then download the update file and follow the instructions...

              some cards update diffrent to others...

              either your uopdate file will be bundled with the firmware and there will be an update option or the update will be a sepwerate .nds file.

              this way you browse to it as if it were a normal rom and the update will start start when you select it.
