ds card update problems

hi i am having probs putting games on my dsi card they keep coming up error when trying to play them .been told to update the card but cant find the right 1 to download. the website shows a card similar to mine except it says [NEW] across the front
the card info on the front of mine says....

its a pinkish coloured card
