Done that, but nothing seems to work.

I got the 4gb card from maplins. I tried a 1gb and that worked, but that was for my wee girls friend, but no matter what I try with this one it wont work. Its a kingston 4gb.

Perhaps its not compatible? Is this a known issue?

I formatted in FAT, FAT32 and NTFS etc.

        whichas card do you have?

some older cards do not support sdhc cards, so a 4gig microsd would be no good.

you might have a faulty card. try this.

              1. format you sd card (fat32) using the panasonic formatting tool .

              2. download the firmware for your card.

              3. extract the package and copy the various files/folders to root of sd card.

see if you have any luck with that....
