which software download ??

Hi all, got the kids DSlites sorted thanks to the very helpful people on here........next project and any help much appreciated as usual.


Wife has bought a DSi xl and i got a R4 upgrade card that as been totally wiped clean. What download do i need to put on the card for the games to work as i know its different to the ds lite?????

there are many diffrent types of r4 card, look for a web address on the card.

Also an r4 card will not work on a dsi xl, need to be one of the newer cards.

Hi there pls help I recently purchased a R4 DS adaptor (see below pic) for my childs DS (orginal ds), which firmware do I need to download to get it to work???

i think woods firmware will work on it.

1. download latest woods firmware
2. prepare a microsd card, use a NON-sdhc card. maximum size 2gig, format with panasonic formatting tool.
3. extract the woods firmware files then copy the _rpg folder and dsmenu file to root of sd card.
4. add a couple of games and test in dslite.

all going well , your card will play alomst all games..
