some advice with r4i card

hi, new on here. recently purchase an r4i-sdhc card v1.4.4. it cam in a red box from www.r4i-sdhc.com. i downloaded kernal from there site, added to sd card, inserted in dsi,went to upgrade,but there is no start button to do this. after that i added games to card to see what would happen. it recognises the games,wen i push them to play a black screne comes up saying 'game has been halted due to error with moon somit or other'. think this maybe because it has not been updated? Am using a 2gb sd card.
i contacted company i bought it from for assistance and they r refusing to recognize i bought it from them.
Anyway, if anybody can assit it would be greatly appreciated

sounds like you forgot to format the sd cbefore you put on the software just format it this will take evrything off the card and re install the s/w and games and make sure its the correct s/w you are putting on hope this helps m8
