Help with M3zero

I'm new to the forum, I just bought a DSi and the M3i Zero GMP -Z003 and I've download files:
SYSTEM (Digital Kaos - Downloads - M3i Zero Firmware has been updated to GMP-Z003 for)
M3GUpdaterPlus_143.nds
I formatted my microsd card to fat32 and put the both files on there. When I turn an old DS Lite or the new DSi it says there's no game so I cannot access any files to go into updates or do anything.

Anybody have any ideas?
