Just got a new dsi and my acekard wont work help Dsi ver 1.4.5U ?

Yes I just got a brand new dsi and the acekard wont work it shows up but when i press it it says something is wrong and to see dsi operation manual . I try to update the card on my old ds lite and put in the latest software and loaded it waited to it was 100% then restart like it asked and now it wont work on the lite either?
