Help for downloaded games

Hi all can someone plz help I was given a site to get free downloads for ds lite but i dunno how to get em from comp to ds console anyone know how to and can tell me plzzzzz

buy a flashcard and microsd card,
then copy the games to sd card with card firmware..

Ok awesome do i put the card in comp and transfer then just put in ds afterwards i know i sound silly but i seriously have no idea haha
